I've just been transported to 1993 when I met my Ex husband
He brought Luck of the draw by Bonnie Raitt"
I was reminded of the opening line " Turn down the bed" by a poster on another thread!
My last Partner, the album was All the little lights" by Passenger.
Listening to Luck of the draw as I'm composing this.

Reminiscing to lots of these
The first album I ever bought was Parallel lines by Blondie, Regatta de blanc by The Police 1979
I got a summer holiday Job and saved every penny to buy a Panasonic music centre which was my pride and joy.

Garbage - version 2.0 and Stereophonics - Performance and Cocktails - both albums on repeat in my car after passing my driving test and also all through my first year at uni.

Also should prob say Foals - Holy fire as my username is a song from that album!

Especially, You're A Big Girl Now. I was 22. Still can't believe he's gone. What a voice.

The streets - a grand don’t come for free, the most amazing story telling and clever lyrics, nothing will ever beat this album for me.
