I was reminded of the opening line " Turn down the bed" by a poster on another thread!
My last Partner, the album was All the little lights" by Passenger.
Listening to Luck of the draw as I'm composing this.

I love lots of great albums but mine would have to be Declaration by The Alarm. Took me through very moody teenage years.

Another vote for Carole King’s Tapestry from me. Wolf Alice’s Vision of A Life too. Perfection.

Quite interesting to see that most of the albums picked are over 20 years old.

Music has evolved so much with streaming that people have access to every song in the world at their fingertips tips. Gone are the days you had to buy an album and would listen to it back to back for months on end.

Oh, Dusty Springfield’s Dusty in Memphis too.

Mine is Julian Casablancas’ solo album Phrazes for the Young, it’s an absolute no skip banger and hidden gem so feels more special to me.

I was mid twenties so slightly older than the average MCR fan but really felt the angst.

Tracy Chapman’s eponymous first album

Puzzle by Biffy Clyro. That album did not leave my car for about 3 years. Everytime I turned on the ignition it was on! There’s a couple of others for other reasons but that is the one I’d say.
