I don’t usually have a sweet tooth, will always prefer savoury, but I can’t get enough of Thomas Fudge’s Florentines.
They’re just so bloody moreish.
Good job you only get six in a box!

What’s currently tickling your tastebuds?

Is this creamed spinach in the fridge or the freezer section?

In the fridge, I love it!

ETA- I use half a pack of spinach per pasta dish. So I get 2 meals from it. It’s delicious, please buy it so they keep making it 😆

Pistachio cream

drizzled on an Aldi chocolate glazed waffle
or croissant

or from the jar with a spoon

BreatheAndFocus · 09/05/2025 22:03

Roasted aubergine with harissa, mozzarella and almonds. I have it at least two days a week (if I don’t eat it cold from the fridge beforehand!)
Chocolate Tiffin - totally addictive
Cashew butter from the jar
Comte cheese - so nutty and yummy

I don’t really have obsessions

But recently discovered Longley Farm cottage cheese and it’s changed my mind about cottage cheese. Delicious

Langley farm rules. All
other cottage cheese is inferior imo.

Non Israeli medjoul dates with a walnut inside. Yum

Finncrisp thin rye crispbreads with thin slices of extra mature cheddar cheese on top and balsamic onion chutney. So crunchy and delicious. Could eat it all day

Tell me more about this balsamic onion chutney!

Regular salted crisps then I add loads of black pepper and shake up the bag.

I've had to stop buying crisps as I was getting cravings for it again every hour or so. So delicious.

I’m loving the full fat creamy plain yoghurt from Aldi or Lidl, stir in frozen berries, squirt of honey, wait for about 15 minutes and eat. So delicious

I second this I get the Lidl one. Mixed frozen berries from Costco, (I prefer mine thawed in microwave) , vanilla bean paste a sprinkle of walnuts , pumpkin seeds yum yum

I do that but also add vinegar from a jar of pickled onions.

I've done that before but it made the crisps go soggy. Is there a trick to stop the soggyness?

Forever sad they discontinued their apricot fromage frais, it was delicious

Waitrose mini poppadums with lime pickle and aubergine chutney.

Thai lime and chilli steamed fish with rice and spring greens.

Cheat’s Eaton mess - supermarket meringue nests, squirty cream and berries.

Chocolate eclairs.

Good sourdough bread, toasted then cooled, spread thickly with cottage cheese and topped with chopped sun dried tomatoes, sprinkled with oregano and rock salt, and finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. I saw it on Instagram and it tastes amazing. .
