There is evidence they commit more of a specific type of offence - non institutional group child sexual abuse - yes. They represent 13% of such offenders despite only making up 2.7% of the population.

Honestly I find a lot of the Western rhetoric on the India/Pakistan conflict really infantilising and I’m going to say it….racist.

All these calls for deescalation / “don’t do anything stupid, India”. Sure everyone wants peace.

But ultimately India is defending itself against terrorists. But I guess only white Europeans can be trusted to engage in wars (Ukraine, US/Afghanistan, US/Iraq).

India has been extremely non confrontational with Pakistan. But they went too far by killing Indian civilians.

India has been trying to get on with “living simple lives”. India has shown considerable restraint toward Pakistan in recent years, choosing to overlook provocations in favour of prioritising its economic growth and global development goals.

India has a right to defend itself against terrorist scum.

India is a pragmatic country in the main. Corporate business finds them easy to deal with. They're adaptable, hard working and a growing workforce. They produce a lot of the western worlds goods and services now.

It isn't the left who are against Western Values, it's the right. We've seen the undermining of Western Liberal democracies orchestrated by a grouping that's captured the US, Hungary and supported the right across Europe played out right in front of our eyes. Thousands have been so captured by this bullshit they've voted to make themselves poorer and to cut their services further.

Intellectuals on the left have, historically, consistently taken up arms across all classes, to fight against tyranny.

But nobody arguing against theocratical Islam is arguing instead in favour of far right policies (although arguably they’re very similar)
