I had (vegetarian) chicken Caesar salad, corn on the cob and garlic bread. Then I had a fruit and nut mix afterwards.

A burger and salad. Could not be arsed tonight.

TheGriffle · 17/04/2025 22:01

Creamy garlic, mushroom and bacon spaghetti. It was delicious. I’m getting peckish now though so pudding might be malteasers and a cup of tea.

saveforthat · 17/04/2025 22:02

Warm goats cheese salad with pears beetroot and hazelnuts, sea trout in lobster sauce with crushed new potatoes and veg, dark chocolate mousse (in a restaurant).

canthavethatonethen · 17/04/2025 22:02

Cottage pie, carrots and cabbage.

Tomorrow it will be breaded plaice with chips & peas and Saturday will be lamb kebabs, couscous and salad. Easter Sunday I have no idea as we still don't know whether family are coming or not.

Shashashalala · 17/04/2025 22:03

Louvi (Cypriot dish of black eye beans) and salad, plus shared a fancy piece of carrot cake with my husband. Am now hungry and having a cup of tea and cursing myself for not just buying two pieces of the nice cake this morning.

OwlDoll · 17/04/2025 22:03

Lamb meatballs with salad, hummus and yogurt on warm flatbreads with a few roast potatoes on the side.

Maitri108 · 17/04/2025 22:05

Meatballs, Mediterranean vegetables, spinach and rice noodles.

PicturesOfLily · 17/04/2025 22:06

Halloumi and salad wrap. Followed by a bag of Mini Cheddars because the wrap wasn’t filling enough!

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 17/04/2025 22:11

shellyleppard · 17/04/2025 22:14

Vegetable chow mein stir fry ( water chestnuts, peppers, mushrooms, beansprouts and noodles) with katsu chicken fillets (thank you Morrisons) 😂 😊

Oooooo - I love a jambalaya but haven’t had one in ages. Do you follow a recipe by any chance?

Gin & tonic with some dolmades, followed by salmon with watercress, peas and new potatoes, then raspberry panna cotta for pudding.

Tomorrow, Good Friday, it will be fish pie.
