I had (vegetarian) chicken Caesar salad, corn on the cob and garlic bread. Then I had a fruit and nut mix afterwards.

Love lemons and peas in anything.

Two things I love: Cyprus potatoes and sweet Spanish white onions and I can't find them anywhere.

I had some chorizo and potato salad for lunch.

Tonight we are having roast beef, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, carrots and gravy. DH will have Yorkshire puddings, I don't like them and as my appetite is reduced at the moment I wouldn't want to waste valuable stomach space that could be used for delicious roast potatoes on boring batter puddings. He is also having mashed swede, which I also don't like.

I am making the most of the cheap vegetables and meat deals that are in the supermarkets at the moment. The beef is part of a big joint we halved - I used the rest to make a massive stew using a lot of the cheap veg. I have also prepared some extra veg for the freezer and we are roasting extra potatoes and parsnips for the freezer too.

We had lasagne and salad last night. Homemade but frozen. Tonight is takeaway as its Friday
Tomorrow meatballs and garlic bread

DH and I are coming to the end of a low-carb month (his first willing participation in a diet!), so last night it was bunless burgers topped with 'plastic' cheese (him), and Gruyere (me), with a pile of salad and Caesar dressing.

Right now, I'm cooking a sort of bolognese sauce that'll be baked in the oven with a gooey Mozzarella and Parmesan topping—again with salad leaves—because the only low-carb pasta I've got at the moment is seaweed-flavoured—I'm not sure it'd work!

Parathas. Lamb curry.

I am loving this for inspiration.

Tonight we are having a mildish curry with chicken,chickpeas, squash and spinach. Have managed to make GF garlic and coriander flatbreads, and there will be some rice too. Mango chutney for dipping.

Sag aloo with chapattis.

Loaded skins with cheese and peppers, Coleslaw, salad.
rhubarb yoghurt and an apple for pudding.

Homemade burgers, salad, and a lemon square (store bought).

Waitrose burger, onions, woodland mushrooms, tomato,
crinkle cut chips which I don’t believe we will buy again,
with a salad of rocket and a pair I found
then an almond Magnum (half price in Sainsbury atm)

We're having left over veg curry from the night before last, with Sainsbury's bake your own chicken shwarma and pilau rice from a pouch. I'm doing fancy roast shoulder of lamb with everything tomorrow, so minimal effort tonight.

Beef casserole and dumplings, loads of tender stem broccoli and jersey royals. Yummy.

Chilli con carne which was lovely. Probably going to have a slice of marble cake for pudding in a bit with a cup of tea

A wrap filled with falafel, aioli, avocado, red cabbage, pickled chillis and tahini. It was bloody gorgeous!

We had McDonald’s this evening. I had a chicken selects meal and my partner had the McPlant meal. It was delicious

I'm cleaning my self clean oven and I am having leftover burgers, dh is having stew from the freezer.

Tonight we had hot roast chicken in warm, part-baked baguettes with corn on the cob and salad. One of my favourites!

Cheese on toast here, with a glass of milk

Ham, mashed potatoes, broccoli, carroys, stuffing and gravy
Made rice too but it isn't that great.

I had an omelette with spinach, potato, mushrooms and garlic.

Pizza, Easter eggs, chocolate slices covered in mini eggs, hot chocolate.

Cold buffet type dinner. All the bits.

Roast beef, roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, carrots, French beans, wine gravy.
