What are you spending your Nationwide £50 on?

Those of you who like me have got a free £50 from Nationwide and are fortunate enough to be able to spend it on something frivolous, what are you thinking of spending it on? I’m torn. Possibly perfume. Or something from the folio society. Or jewellery. Or cheese.

My £50 went into the Nationwide account that I've set up as a premium bond account for any winnings. So DH has done well out of it, as he got £50 in his account and now my £50 as well. It all goes towards our monthly flutter so we both have some entertainment from it! We're hoping it will win us the £Million one day.

we've both had Nationwide accounts since we were first given pocket money to save, so our loyalty goes back a few years.

I hadn’t really thought about it so thank you for reminding me to spend it on a treat.
I think I’ll get us take away over the Easter break. It will not cover the whole cost sadly.

It will go towards a pair of new birkenstocks. I may order them today in fact.

I followed some advice from the style and beauty forum. That's right, getting trendy (hah!) and ordered my jeans from New Look. After P&P I had enough for 4 pints of milk, some easy peeler oranges and a Yorkie.

Thank you very much Nationwide. The jeans arrive tomorrow. Here's hoping I don't have to pay to send them back 😂

We got £50 each and it’s gone into our Disneyland Paris fund for next year.

They did! 4-0 on the day. Was absolutely electric. We ran onto the pitch, had an amazing celebration there. And then got totally rat-arsed on the way home. Absolutely worth it. 🤣 We’re still buzzing from the win. 😁

I forgot about this but I filled up with petrol on the way home today so I guess it went towards that - what an absolute spendthrift 😂😂

Haven't got it yet, but I'm going on holiday at the end of June so I'll probably use it to buy some bits and pieces for that!

You’ll have lovely new jeans to wear soon too at least. 😁 I went a bit mad with the new jeans shopping a few months ago, ordered 3 pairs and 3 pairs of trousers and only kept half of them. Short legs and a big butt do me no favours sometimes. 🙈🤣

Our two lots for joint mortgage went into our bank today

I struggle with jeans due to big bum and hips. I've always favoured the skinny with stretch! Hey... Need to move with the times though 🤣 They gave me a choice of 2 leg lengths. Bamboozled!
