What can you not do, but wish you could, that most people seem to enjoy doing?

Something that doesn't really affect your life but you feel it would enhance your life.
Mine is swimming. I can kind of do it, but only for a short length, I don't enjoy it as it's such an effort to go a short way.

What about you?

Ski-ing, even walking down steep hills/mountains, even walking down some sets of stairs/escalators. I've realised it must be a middle ear/balance type thing rather than a phobia. I'm not scared of heights in terms of, say, riding a glass lift up a tall building, and it certainly doesn't happen on all stairs, just things where I might fall and hurt myself (or worse). I'm generally fit and healthy so it takes people aback when I'm suddenly gripping onto a handrail for dear life and taking the stairs very carefully like someone with poor mobility.

For those that have mentioned swimming, have you tried aquarobics? The buoyancy of water reduces stress on joints, bones, and muscles. Up to 80% of your body weight is supported. This makes it ideal for people with arthritis, injuries, or chronic pain. There's loads of YouTube videos, you don't need a class, and it gives you something to do in the water while the family are swimming!

Sleep on a plane, I am so jealous of peolle who turn up, put in ear plugs and sleep.

I am like a wired meercat as soon as the plane takes off.

Same. My family tease me about it. I just feel so on edge / excited / anxious etc etc. I can’t even relax enough to really watch anything either.

Sing and ride a bike. A source of eternal sadness

Engage in small talk. DH can strike up an inane conversation with just about anybody. I find myself inwardly cringing at my own attempts.
