Just out of interest.
Mine are -
Dried dill
Dried oregano
Fresh coriander
Ground cumin
Ground cinnamon
Smoked paprika

Coriander (fresh)
Basil (fresh)
Mint (fresh)
Salt
Pepper
Five spice (use it with pork belly, you won't regret it!)

Smoked paprika, garlic granules, mustard powder, onion granules, basil, oregano.

Fresh - parsley and basil.

Dried - ground coriander and cumin, cumin seeds, Italian style herbs, chilli powder, paprika,

Pastes - red chilli and ginger.

Mine change because cooking is a hobby as well as a necessity for me so I change direction quite often! At the moment-
Mint
Coriander
Flat leaf parsley
Za’atar
Cumin
Aleppo pepper.

Fresh rosemary, bay leaves and thyme (and coriander!)
spices: paprika, cinnamon, safran, cloves, nutmeg, cardamom, a bit of cumin
i do use fresh ginger and red chili in lots of dishes too

Fresh: Parsley, mint (we like fresh mint tea) and thyme.

I love coriander but DC don’t 🙄. Dill and basil rather than thyme in summer.

Dried: oregano

Spices: cumin, smoked paprika, normal paprika, cayenne. Plenty of close runners up though. Use garam masala a fair bit.
