Mine are -
Dried dill
Dried oregano
Fresh coriander
Ground cumin
Ground cinnamon
Smoked paprika

I use red chilli, coriander, tumeric, dried garlic, fenugreek, ginger, garlic, mustard seeds and cumin everyday.

Fresh or dried mint, basil, thyme
Smoked paprika, black pepper freshly ground, nutmeg

Dill, coriander, mint
Paprika, Turmeric, cumin

Oregano, thyme, basil

Cumin, paprika, black pepper

Mixed herbs, basil (fresh), coriander (fresh)

Garlic, ginger, smoked paprika.

That's a hard one!

Also often use Lebanese Baharat mix, fresh coriander, mint and lots of dried Mexican chillies like guadajillo.

That was difficult to choose! I love using all sorts of herbs and spices. Don't like shop bought dried herbs though, I can never get on with those. They're okay if I do it myself, I think the flavour is more rounded.

I'm Swedish, and we use dill a lot with fish and potatoes, especially in the summer.
And, of course, dill flavoured crisps!

Never really use herbs, but spices it’s paprika, chilli flakes normally korean, pepper.

Yes, actually I'd sub out cumin for chili flakes.
