I've won a prize on the National Lottery!!

Just checked my emails and there is one this evening from the National Lottery to say that I've won a prize! It says I need to log in to my account to see what my prize is. I've just tried to login but because it's 4.30am, the system is down due to updating.

I could be a millionaire! Or I might have won a fiver?

I don't know what my numbers are because I do it on a monthly direct debit as lucky dips.

Site reopens about 6am so not long to wait. Just a shame the emails don't tell you what you've won. I guess they think it adds to the suspense

Those emails should say “disapponitng news about your ticket” when the prize is rubbish.

Mine is always an unexciting £2.50

I've don't this many times, it's usually £1 or another ticket. I hope it's the jackpot for you!

Yesterday I spent some money that I couldn't really afford...... I got pizza, dips and wine delivered..... that came to £26. So that's cancelled out and I'm now £4 up. Happy Days!

My husband got a similar email from Euromillions. He had won £2.80. The ticket cost him £2.50.

Isn't that the way it usually goes? I hope he used that 30 pence very wisely.

All I ever get in my email are the ones from all the Nigerian Princes (so many in one country!), who need my help (only me I am sure!), getting their riches out and promising me millions (of pounds of bull💩).

I've never been emailed by a Nigerian prince. But maybe if one of them hear about my lottery win they will be in touch 😄
