Possibly someone who is trying to say that booking.com no longer monitors exactly whst is on its board and you can be scammed at any point and have put something up so ridiculous

Slightly off-topic, but you might want to shorten that URL next time, as it reveals quite a bit about what you were searching for. For example, someone who can work out your ID knows that you were looking for properties in London for 2 adults and 0 children from 14 to 21 July. I'm sure that's you and your partner, and not you looking to sneak off with your lover and leave your DP and DC behind, but this sort of thing is how all kinds of things get outed.

Its clearly for people with a fetish for unwashed clothes, bedding and sleeping somewhere akin to a drug den! I'm in! 😂

What I do is to paste in the URL and then remove several "&something=99999" chunks that look irrelevant, until it no longer works 😂. Confusingly, the first "&" has to be a "?" (or to put it another way, the parameters are separated from the address by "?" and from each other by "&").

In this case I reduced it to just ?sid=a44d4f311c1c64cfe4f2251cc73bd42b, which I presume is the property listing's identifier within the site.

Maybe they know no-one else will book it like that but they need to take money from someone ‘legally’.

Cant quite figure out the money laundering scheme there but there is probably something.
