Taramasalata on toast with gherkins 😊

Kefir with tahini, cacao powder and pumpkin seeds.

Soggy is good. The larger crisps are damp and vinegary but still crunchy. As you work your way through the bag the remaining smaller crisps become soggier until finally you're left with a little salty, vinegary puddle of crumbs in the bottom of the bag. This is the best bit.

Egg mayo on toast
Potato salad (the cheapest one) on mini cheddar or ritz crackers
Butter or creme cheese on digestives

Crumpets spread with taramasalata

Mini Cheddars dunked in tea

Vegetarian jelly cut into cubes/chunks and dusted in icing sugar.

Not weird as such but a staple of childhood and really seen nowadays. Back then the cubes weren't vegetarian.

Two Chocolate covered pretzels from M&S with a dried apricot sandwiched between them.

I put marmalade on mine as well. Very moreish.

Plain crisps in a bowl with fresh lemon squeezed all over and lots of pepper too

Macaroni cheese (doesn't matter how it's made, can be homemade or from a Kraft-like packet or frozen) with a big spoonful of tart jam stirred in. The jam can be strawberry, raspberry, cherry, fig, claret, jalapeño, habanero - just as long as it's a little bit sour.
