We know you’re dropping hints and not very subtle ones either. No we haven’t seen you for sometime, I’m sure you do enjoy coming for a meal.
No we aren’t planning on inviting you over Christmas, if we can do a quick present swap, fine but no more.
I’m sick of catering for your family, coming to us for a meal doesn’t mean you don’t need to eat all day before you get here.
You all turn up, absolutely starving, the last time you came it was beyond ridiculous

You could always TRY INVITING US for once, even for a takeaway.

Your constant “jokes” about getting the most for your money and the bill meant you came across horrifically.

You attended your partners family Christmas. Chipping together to cover the cost is how we do things. To be sat with your partner and 25 of his family basically repeatedly having a dig and laughing at the way we do things is horrendously rude. Especially when we all know that your partner paid your share.

That you brought a bottle of wine, drank lots of other people’s wine and took yours home was also noticed.

I've had to cut short my plans for this morning as a lunchtime today was the only time over two weeks you could give us a four hour slot.
