Pls help me track down this actor…

Last year we saw the most hilarious actor in panto. He was brilliant, had an amazing singing voice and made us cry with laughter.

We’d love to see him again this year, but he shares a name with a famous song writer and Googling doesn’t throw up any results.

Is there any other way of finding out whether this comic genius is in panto again this year?

If he’s a working professional actor/comedian he must have a website or social media?!

Search his name on whatsonstage.com and you'll be able to work out if he's been cast in anything non-panto.

Sorry, I don’t want to name him as he’s not particularly famous and would probably be bemused at being the subject of a MN post.

My question is more whether there’s any sort of list or specific publication that has panto casting in it.

I’ve looked on his Spotlight page but it only has his past roles.

He is likely to have a TikTok / twitter presence - if he isn't a huge actor just ask him.

I don’t know many actors who dislike positive free publicity…

Because there is no reason not to name him otherwise.

He’s an actor, he really isn’t going to mind being the subject of a positive thread on a message board…!

Probably your best bet is to set up a Google alert for his name and “panto” and hope it gets reported somewhere if he’s cast in one this year. Or even better, find him on social media and ask him.
