What food/drink are you absolutely obsessed with?

I've had an obsession with boba milk tea for a few years now and I feel like I'm going to turn into a ball of tapioca if I have one more.

I'm curious to know if anyone else has any weird or major food/drink obsessions

Philadelphia salmon flavoured cream cheese. I cannot get enough of the stuff, bagels, toast, sandwiches, in pasta, as a dip, I think I could just eat it straight.

Also lemon flavoured cola. Yum

Pot Noodles are on offer at the moment and I've been having at least one a day for weeks.

Tuna mayo dolloped on top of buttery mashed potato is my ultimate comfort food. The cold tuna and hot mash together is so yummy!

Anything mushroom or truffle based.

Chocolate. I genuinely think I have a problem.

Crunchy peanut butter on whole meal toast with sliced banana on top.

Morrisons instore bakery brownies with a blob of caramel and a caramel button on top! OMG they are SO delicious!

Mustard... all kinds of mustards, have recently fallen in deep love with making my own Carolina mustsrd/vinegar BBQ sauce/dip... heaven.

Delice de Bourgogne on wheaten crackers with pickled onions.

Thin crumpets, sandwiched together with Seriously strong cheddar spready and spicy mayo (i forget which one) and then done in the panini press til crispy on the outside and soft and cheesey spicy in the middle.

Doesn't work with thick crumpets, too claggy.

Harissa on everything, ever.

Kimchi ramyun noodles, they are my current obsession. I also love the shin ramyun noodles from the same brand but that extra level of spiciness just plays too much havoc with my digestive system! Diet Coke as well but that’s not a transient fad that’s a long term love affair.

Cadburys chocolate fingers, could eat a packet a day no problem (and sometimes do) 🙃

Chinese tea in the restaurant - so fragrant and refreshing.

Green tea is too bitter.

It’s shakshuka.

I panic a bit when we're down to 4 jars.

Ice cold filtered water. I’m obsessed with it.

Same! I have to limit myself to a teaspoon per meal or my stomach goes to hell but my god, I’d happily eat it out of the jar.

Craving ice or a crunch can be a sign of iron deficiency. Google pica. I had it when craving chilled watermelon.

Cheese and tomatoes. I have both nearly every day in some form or another.

Kulfi ice cream lollies. Tesco have them in for Diwali - they are soooo good, I bought three packs of four on Thursday and had eaten the lot by Friday night. Totally obsessed - what will I do when they run out? No more till next year!!

I get mine from Sainsbury's all year round.
