I’d appreciate it if people could please list the meals that they regularly make as I really need to find some to add to my repertoire and I’m tired of making the same old thing.

TIA

I’ll list mine..

Fish with potatoes/and or cauliflower cheese and green vegetables

Various stir fries with noodles
Pasta, butter, peas and grated cheese - DD and I’d favourite easy one!
Jacket potatoes with different toppings
Fish in foil parcels either with soy, ginger and lime (served with stir fry veg and noodles) or with lemon/ herbs etc then served with steamed veg and potatoes
Sausage casserole - sometimes veggie sausages sometimes normal
Vegetable and red lentil soups, crusty bread or sometimes a cheese toastie on the side

Used to risotto fairly often but that seems to have fallen off the rotation.

I start to use my slow cooker more this time of year. Lots of great recipes on BBC Good Food. I have made the Spanish chicken quite a few times. Found a lovely smothered pork chop recipe although not on BBC Good Food.

I buy a Lebanese sauce in a jar from Asda - great with chicken & flavoured couscous from the same brand.
