Whoever said White Nights - yes! - also The Turning Point - both Mikhail Baryshnikov. I was also obsessed with Triangle - a soap based on a cruise ship - slated generally. Kate O'Mara and Larry Lamb.

@XelaM I really enjoyed that version. I think Channel 4 or 5 showed the first couple of seasons and then stopped. I never did see the rest 🙁
