Apparently he has cheated on his wife and fathered a baby girl. Not the nicest man in rock after all.

Why put people that you don't know on a pedestal? You do not know him, you only know his public persona. You can admire his work but you do not know him as a person. It's so weird.

I read an article on him recently, he came across as lovely, devoted, family man. His adult children and their partners/children all live with him and his wife so that kind of gives the impression that he's genuinely nice.

There are rumours on X around who the mother is, one persistent one. I guess it will come out. Never saw this one coming and it’s just sad. For everyone, so many lives thrown sideways and all so publicly.

I don’t know what’s gone on Chez Grohl so no comment on there, I hope his wife is OK but more widely this is serious example of why celebs should stop dragging their kids into the limelight. Oldest Grohl Violet age 18 sings on stage with Dad at major music festivals etc. he talks about them publicly

So much pressure on kids if there’s a private family implosion caused by the adults who have also made the kids into public figures. Grohl is not the only celebrity who does this obviously. And he’s got a lot more integrity saying he will look after the new baby than Boris johnson getting injunctions to hide his (however many there are?) extramarital ,children, or married cheating celebs like David Beckham who constantly set themselves up as a perfect family man and dad. I feel sorry for all the kids involved.

If the rumour tho Ive seen the picture are true no wonder his two daughters have come off social media. Your dad sneaking around with someone around your own age is completely gross and she’s then your half siblings mum. Eugh 🤢

But once upon a time DG was a brilliant drummer. Then he turned into a Butlins red coat and never stops touring huge arenas despite not needing the money. Also flogging $250 tickets for people to see his teen daughter singing half hearted versions of Heart Shaped Box really gives me the ick. He really sold his soul to showbiz.

His personal life remains that but he’s made himself look a complete dickhead and lost the respect of his family and everyone he knows probably.

Not excusing him at all, but any woman who has an affair with a married man is not above deliberately getting pregnant by him, especially if he’s rich and famous.

the recent allegations have put something that means a lot to me at risk (although he has offered to take a step back from production) and I just thought he was a decent person, and it turns out, he really isn't.

How does her using, or claiming to use, the Pill, stop him from wearing a condom? The Pill can fail, so any man who doesn't want to be a father should look to his own protection.
