What are you a true connoisseur of?

Tea, properly made tea. It is essential that it is perfect, every time.

Possibly also 1 piece swimsuits, I cannot abide a narrow gusset or strap that slips.

What about you?

I'm also a bit of an expert in millionaires shortbread. I can't bear a crumbly dry caramel. I mostly just eat my own!

They look amazing!

mamaison · 07/09/2024 20:23

I am a connoisseur of brownies too! People always comment on mine.

They are also basically the only treat I order out so I like to review them for myself.

Dolls Smile
I have a website and have sold dolls and bears for about 20 years 👍

Baking ketogenic cookies that are crispy.

I make DH a batch each Sunday and he has one for breakfast with bulletproof coffee during the week.

It’s so hard to get any crisp texture on keto except with raw veg but as he’s mostly carnivore he doesn’t do veg. These cookies are part of his 1% non carnivore foods Grin

@PoodlesRUs Expensive: if you are RICH onlyifonly - they are the best but a nightie at 50% off is still liek £60!
Mid range: Powell Craft once they have been washed a few times :)
Cheap: Chelsea Peers - not 100% cotton, but the viscose/cotton sets are very very soft and comfy :)

Riesling, Champagne and crisps.

Beaches. I’m excellent at judging what makes a good beach.

I love my Powell Craft pyjamas, such a nice company as they tuck a little surprise treat in with the order. I'm a happy repeat customer and I am picky.

Making brownies, I get requests from everyone I know to bake them, they are really good, I can't bake anything else though!

Recipe?

Lonelycrab · 07/09/2024 21:09

I’ve become quite a connoisseur in magnum ice creams since my local Tesco started selling them cheaper

squashyhat · 07/09/2024 21:10

Macaroni Cheese. Mine is pretty good and I know when I get a good 'un.

Alisonjayne8 · 07/09/2024 21:14

Battered fish from the chip shop, very picky.

lmhj · 07/09/2024 21:16

I would say goats and bees

The secret is I love them and chat and sing to them daily.

Goats milk is given to anyone who has skin issues and I tell the goats how proud I am for helping all those with allergies and skin complaints.

Honey is a new venture. I hate wasps. Hate them. But i love my bees. Again lost of chatter and stories and I'm proud to say four years in, 152lb harvest this month, zero stings.

Sharontheodopolodous · 07/09/2024 21:19

I can make brownies
People at work and my kids beg me to make them
My recipe is from the BBC good food website
My lemon loaf cake is to die for
Dp loves my coffee cake and cupcakes

But can I hell make biscuits-they just go soggy and hard at the same time

Plus,I can't stand cake!
I'll cheerfully make any cake you want, but I won't eat any
