I've just made myself a hot drink - unsweetened almond milk with a bit of honey. Sometimes I'll have a chai tea. You?

Cold milk - helps with the heartburn!

NuffSaidSam · 26/08/2024 22:55

Cup of tea - used to be regular, but has to be decaf now or I need a wee in the night!

terracottafarm · 26/08/2024 22:55

Always a coffee. Awful I know... caffeine doesn't affect me strangely

Davros · 26/08/2024 22:55

Cup of tea

MyOtherCarisAVauxhallZafira · 26/08/2024 22:55

Water, I take meds early in the morning and can't eat for an hour after so if I wake early it's useful to have water to take them, so I can have breakfast at a usual time! Also good if you wake up thirsty in the night

bakewellbride · 26/08/2024 22:55

Tea with sugar

DoopSnoggySnogg · 26/08/2024 22:56

Peppermint tea or hot Milo.

I want to know how is anyone having a cup of caffeinated tea and then going to sleep straight after? If caffeine didn't affect me so much I'd be drinking tea and coffee around the clock. Decaf just doesn't hit the same

Louloulaughs · 26/08/2024 22:57

Glass of milk here. Although that’s about an hour before bed.

BettyBoobles · 26/08/2024 22:58

cup of decaf tea or sometimes just water.

Ironorhoover · 26/08/2024 23:00

Nothing after 8pm or I'd be up for the toilet too much. Been the same since I had dc1 20 years ago. Before that I used to love a cup of tea before bed.

Justleaveitblankthen · 26/08/2024 23:02

A large cup of decaf tea every night.

Drink coffee throughout the day and maybe 1 full- caffeinated tea if I'm at home long enough.

MonkeyPuddle · 26/08/2024 23:04

No, my only loo is downstairs and I hate having to traipse through the house to have a wee on a night time.

PortiasBiscuit · 26/08/2024 23:05

Just finished big mug of chamomile tea.

mumzof4x · 26/08/2024 23:05

Cup of tea and a brandy or whiskey. Lights out around 11 and don't wake up until 7.30/8x

ForGreyKoala · 26/08/2024 23:05

A glass of cold water

kwetu · 26/08/2024 23:07

Can't sleep unless I have a cup of coffee before bed, and yes I am strange.

excesssoil · 26/08/2024 23:07

Cup of tea. Maybe even 2 in the hour before I go to bed. Doesn't seem to affect my sleep. Or maybe it does, maybe I should try giving the tea a miss!!

TobiasForgesContactLense · 26/08/2024 23:07

I always take a glass of squash up with me. I don't usually drink much of it but can't sleep if it isn't there. Can't have water as the cat will drink it.

champagneplanet · 26/08/2024 23:08

Peppermint tea or more recently Tesco/Aldi Sleep tea, it's lovely.

Always take a big glass of water to bed too.

JoanOgden · 26/08/2024 23:08

Only a sip of water or I wake up at 1 needing the loo.

frozendaisy · 26/08/2024 23:09

Most things without caffeine, variety is the spice of life.

Globules · 26/08/2024 23:09

A cup of this before bed works wonders for me.

Large glass of red wine - helps me unwind and fall asleep

Himitsu · 26/08/2024 23:10

I take a litre of water up with me and usually drink it through the night.
