Do you have a hot/cold/alcoholic/non alcoholic drink at bedtime?

I've just made myself a hot drink - unsweetened almond milk with a bit of honey. Sometimes I'll have a chai tea. You?

Not at bedtime, but about 9pm. Usually herbal tea. Sometimes wine.

Water if I'm thirsty but I try to limit drinks close to bedtime to avoid needing the loo in the night.

Can of Coke Zero

Glass of squash. I like summer fruits. DH has lime cordial.

Right now I have a cold so DH has made me a blackcurrant lemsip.
