No.

I do!

My husband doesn't, he thinks it tastes like static.

ThatsNotMyTeen · 25/08/2024 22:21

Oh I love it! Ice cold sparkling water. Nectar 🤩

Yes, especially Perrier. When you go to France they have exotic and interesting flavours, such as raspberry which is lush. You can sometimes get the lemon one here but it's rare these days. I think I saw somewhere that it's bad for your teeth??? Anyway I have it as a bit of a treat, not every day.

Oh I love the lime one!

jjpolly90 · 25/08/2024 22:25

Love flavoured sparkling water but plain sparkling water is awful 😅

Cocothecoconut · 25/08/2024 22:25

yes
tap water makes me feel sick

notacooldad · 25/08/2024 22:27

Love it.
vichy catalan Is my favourite, served chilled with a slice of lime.
2nd favourite is Mountain Falls.

It pretty much is? Soda’s just got a bit of added bicarbonate to hold its bubbles when you lob whisky in, so it’s just a bubble level up

No, not pedantic at all. I genuinely thought they were different things. I stand corrected dash-water.com/blogs/news/soda-water-vs-sparkling-water-what-s-the-difference#:~:text=Both%20soda%20water%20and%20sparkling,is%20slightly%20fizzier%20than%20sparkling.

WhiskersPete · 25/08/2024 22:28

No - it's the Devil's own juice.

Borborygmus · 25/08/2024 22:32

No, fizzy drinks make me feel sick.

weegiemum · 25/08/2024 22:37

Love it. It's why I have a sodastream. Less plastic and cheaper!

StoatofDisarray · 25/08/2024 22:42

No. I don't like to be constantly burping and farting.

Rory17384949 · 25/08/2024 22:52

Yes

ImAFemaleVersionOfRoyKeane · 25/08/2024 22:54

No. It reminds me of soluble aspirin!

Tonkabeans · 25/08/2024 22:57

Hate it and could never understand the burning throat appeal. Struggle in countries like Germany especially where the norm is sparkling and the sparkling water is especially strong.

gano · 25/08/2024 22:59

Sometimes. I prefer still, but it's nice to mix things up once in a while and go for sparkling.

Maddy70 · 25/08/2024 23:03

Yes i drink gallons of it

Backfromhols · 25/08/2024 23:04

Love it! Always loved it since I was a child. Drink at least 2 litres a day of it.

Sistersdad · 25/08/2024 23:05

lightsandtunnels · 25/08/2024 21:31

Lol to the pedant on the sparking water thread 😆
It's fizzy water. Call it what you like but that's what it is!

Edited

They are both completely different drinks so ginger was correct.

And yes, I love it and drink it daily. It's much more refreshing than still water, especially when chilled.

mondaytosunday · 25/08/2024 23:11

No

Hattr · 25/08/2024 23:13

Is this like a marmite question? I like still/ tap and sparkling water. Soda stream saves plastic.

MrsMumster · 25/08/2024 23:26

I thought soda was sparkling?

@Redwood48 some of the water fountains in Paris dispense sparkling water. Worth visiting just for that!

Ooh that's fancy.

I love it. It's great on its own and versatile. I don't like the ones with added flavourings, but I love it with elderflower cordial, Rose's lime and I use it in my never ending quest to recreate proper Fanta orange.Grin

Nanalisa60 · 25/08/2024 23:52

Hate it I really don’t like it.

Disneydatknee88 · 25/08/2024 23:55

No. Someone one described it to me as tv static and I realised they were right! I can do flavoured but not straight up. It's just gross

deeahgwitch · 26/08/2024 00:16

No. I really dislike it.
