It has happened… I’ve been asked what I wanted for Christmas, whilst a loved one was visiting today.

So what do YOU want for Christmas?

I never have any decent ideas.

I usually get some new posher than I would buy myself Pj’s, lots of Lindt red balls, a new bobble hat, a nice bottle of red wine (from the in laws!) and a diary.

i use and enjoy them all which is the main thing but i will be watching this thread for ideas!

Same. We can never think of anything so instead of gifts we try to do nice experiences instead.

I was there not long ago, but can't remember if there was one in their shop. Do they maybe have an online shop? Failing that have you tried eBay?

I'd like a bottle of Neon shower gel. It's too expensive to buy myself!

I want a stocking of consumables like bath oil, make up, chocolate, plus a book, and then for my main present I want DH to plan and book a day or night out or activity, either just for me and him or for us and the DC.

I keep having to declutter and I am starting to hate stuff!

I already have too much crap stuff so I'm hoping husband goes for an experience of some sort this year. Or some new perfume, he seems to have a really good nose for what will suit me, all my favourites have been bought initially by him.

And something homemade from my daughter. She's very crafty and I look forward to whatever creation I get from her each year.

My.mother died this year and I cant face Christmas.

I can more or less count on two gifts this year. One from Dsis and one from DSon. DH has advanced dementia and is in a nursing home. I will get him a new cuddly toy and he will hold it at night.

I'd like some pedal lights for my bike but they're a bit expensive. I'd like some new elbow pads too. But that's about it I think. I'm a minimalist and I really don't want any more things that I won't find useful.
