43 and yes, I was pleasantly surprised ha! I have always been quite flexible though

Snippit · 08/08/2024 19:35

57 and yes 🤗

WishICouldWinnow · 08/08/2024 19:35

52, yes.
I started doing yoga 4 years ago and added mobility moves 3x week around 18 months ago. I’m stiff as a board if I miss my 20 min mobility exercises.

pearldiamond · 08/08/2024 19:37
  1. Never been able to my whole life 🤷‍♀️
Cobblersorchard · 08/08/2024 19:38

46, yes, but only with my finger tips

sleekcat · 08/08/2024 19:38

51 and yes, but i can't do flat hands. Maybe I will practice!

Allnewtometoo · 08/08/2024 19:39

47, and yes. I'm quite fat. You have to bend from your hips, not your back.

greengreyblue · 08/08/2024 19:39

Touching your toes means fingertips.

Jeannie88 · 08/08/2024 19:41

Early 50s and yes because I have short legs! Xx

Craftycorvid · 08/08/2024 19:42

57 and always been bendy - with flat hands and can stand with my feet on my hands with straight legs. Not particularly fit, just bendy.

ToriMJ · 08/08/2024 19:42

You're only going to get the yes people Grin

DeclansAFeckingDream · 08/08/2024 19:43

57 and yes.

ComealongMartha · 08/08/2024 19:44

45 and yes if standing but not if sitting (my back doesn’t seem to bend like that).

Girasoli · 08/08/2024 19:44

36 and can put my hands down flat on the ground (but am hypermobile)

I can't do the splits anymore though. Maybe I will practice!

ElspethofEcclefechan · 08/08/2024 19:47

40

Yes, despite fatness and general laziness

GreenPoppy · 08/08/2024 19:59

55, yes. I'm not flexible at all, I can't sit cross legged. I do stretches every morning though so I can keep touching my toes and not lose it.

Tried standing on tip-toes, did 30 seconds and got bored, think I could do a minute easily.

mackerelala · 08/08/2024 19:59

39, yes, can actually get my hands flat on the floor.

moggiek · 08/08/2024 20:00

65, yes. I can put my palms on the floor.

Sunnyside4 · 08/08/2024 20:01

57, No. I've always poor flexibility even when I belonged to gym doing a variety of glasses, it didn't improve.

MaryMary6589 · 08/08/2024 20:04

35 and can get hands flat on the floor in front of me. I've done yoga for years.

ParisinFrance · 08/08/2024 20:10

I thought there would be more no people!

mondaytosunday · 08/08/2024 20:12

62 and yes - I can't put my palms on the floor but can put my knuckles...

DouglasBader · 08/08/2024 20:12

Yes, I'm 114, and mine are in the bedside cabinet, but I would need my glasses to find them tucked away in there, somewhere.

App13 · 08/08/2024 20:13

44, yes

GingerPirate · 08/08/2024 20:13

45, yes.
