If I were going somewhere to support a friend who'd nearly been killed, I'd be paying for it out of my own pocket which aren't as deep as his and not get it paid for by someone else 
Did he do anything to promote Clacton "on the world stage while he was there (as if the GOP were interested in anything beyond their own navels during their convention
). Or was it simply an opportunity to promote himself ?
