The arrest warrant was just to get her to actually appear in front of the judge. I think when she does today she will be released (maybe with restrictions) until a full hearing can be arranged. I would love for her to be held until a full hearing, but I doubt they will have space for her. Depends how much she has pissed off the judge with her accusing the judge of lying and it was a misunderstanding.

She's loving the attention, photos mainly taken by her photographer who was on the plane with her. The photographer then sells the photos to the media.

Her son was with her when she was arrested at the airport. I hope he’s receiving help and support. As for Katie, she must have known what to expect when she flew back home.

She seems to grasp situations very oddly in my view.

For those who saw MAFS (on which her current partner 'starred'), KP has published a book, interview, article whatever, absolutely laying into the original woman he was matched with and didn't fancy. He didn't speak tactfully of her (all about her looks- not enough surgery for his liking) and went off with someone else. She must've found the whole thing bloody humiliating.

I've no idea why any mature woman (especially with daughters) would do such a thing to someone who has never harmed her and is most likely wishing to move past the whole experience.

Whatever the legal issues (I don't know the full details) I think losing that huge house and grounds will be a millstone from around her neck. She hasn't got the wherewithal to maintain it and doesn't need it. It might be what she's become used to but I think it'll be a benefit in the long run to live somewhere more manageable

No, Backgrid is the agency that processes photos sent to them by celebrities who take them/arrange for them to be taken by someone in their circle.

The likelihood here is that one of Katie's entourage took photos, then sent them to Backgrid for payment. The 'mate' can, if they like, pass cash on and there's no trace for anyone investigating to see.

She often has backgrid photographers travel with her, who then take pap style shots she can approve before they are sent to press.

She gets a cut and she can have sight of the pictures before they are shared whereas other paps would obviously not give her any chance to see or approve them.

Backgrid work almost exclusively on the basis of being invited by the celebrity to take pap style shots as if they aren't actively invited to attend.

They don't take a photographer with them. It's whoever is on holiday with her takes the pictures themselves and then sells them. They don't have a professional photographer.

Nothing to do with the police. She is in public and has no expectation of privacy. But I suspect if no one takes a pic she will manufacture a chance. Remember a story about Andrew Ridgely of Wham who had constant arguments with photographers at e.g. nightclubs. One night the photographers went on strike and put their cameras away. Andrew comes out and......nothing. No clamour, no flashguns and he was upset about that and supposedly decided to come to terms with the photographers.
