Sadly I doubt jail would actually change her in any way, it'll be a few months locked up and she'll be queen of the wing- she could come out more arrogant than she came in.

Also, a stint in jail could look less likely thanks to the previous goverment's suspension of prison sentences that are less than a year, HMP's overcrowding crisis where it looks like even rapists might get released and the anti-prison, pro-rehabilitation philosophy of the new prison's minister.

She needs jailed for animal abuse as well as child abuse. Skanky horrible subhuman monstrosity that she is.

I don’t think this is true? Her mum has always appeared to be the one stable thing in her life, and cared for Harvey when he was younger.

Her mother has openly said that she worries for her and doesn’t agree with her lifestyle choices. I don’t think she enables her at all.

Nothing will happen, but honestly, if it does, it wouldn't be the absolute worst thing. She seriously needs some time out and for somebody else to be in control for a while. It's just one disaster after another.

No she asked them to put her in prison as she is so thick she thought that wrote off the over 4 million she currently owes. When it was pointed out it doesn't work like that and she would still owe the money she hasn't mentioned it since.

I don't understand why her vehicles etc haven't been seized? Reading the BBC article it implied she was meant to hand over some of her vehicles as part payment; but hasn't. Why haven't the bailiffs been round?

It won't make one scrap of difference, she'll come home and go straight into the Priory. She's an expert at dodging these people and has made a career out of it. They're frothing at the mouth at the prospect of her downfall on Tattle but I can safely say that there is more chance of her being Prime Minister than there is of her facing justice.

My thoughts are entirely with those she owes money to.

She might "write" a book (except that she appears to be functionally illiterate so would use yet another ghost-writer) but the law says one cannot profit from crime so she wouldn't be able to keep the any proceeds.

I agree that she has seemingly got away with the most incredible things before now but I think we are in new territory with the (female) judge today.
And of course, we can clearly see evidence of the lies and obfuscation Katie operates with. Only last week, she was telling anyone who'd listen that the Bankruptcies were "sorted."
The judge today would appear to disagree.
I know who I believe.

It's what she wants, she wants to go to prison so she can sell the drama.

She can't sell it. She can't make a penny of profit from her crimes. Whatever she tries to sell the money can't go to her. People write books and do interviews and the money goes to charity.

The latest hearing was a female judge. There are many female judges and lawyers so I'm calling out your misogynist post.

Katie Price is a sad soul with mental health issues. I don't believe she is treated any differently to others in similar circumstances.

But she can indirectly sell the story.

And this is rubbish too.
