What do you eat when there's nothing in you want?

Or do you just not bother eating anything?

Looking for inspo as there's not really anything I want but I am slightly hungry 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Mug cake. 1/2 banana or 1 medjool date, either 1 tbsp cocao powder or 1/2 tsp cinnamon, depending if you want it chocolatey or banana bread like, 40g oats, 1 egg, pinch of salt and a sprinkle of baking powder. Blitz in a smoothie maker/ high speed blender. Put into a mug, add chocolate chips and whack it in the microwave for a couple of minutes.

It's delicious and the oats make it filling. I eat them for breakfast every morning, but also as a late night snack when the hunger pangs hit

At the moment, strawberries, raspberries and feta cheese with Greek yoghurt and a sprinkling of salt. It’s what I had tonight.

If I'm being sensible, stir fry, omelette, baked potato or something on toast.
If I have no willpower, a crisp butty. With lettuce if I want to pretend it's healthy 😁

I should have said I'm cutting out UPF and carbs. So no toast, sandwiches, cereal etc. I should have said there's nothing in that I can eat that I want 🙄

My choices are Greek yoghurt or fridge picnic of pickled onions, olives, chorizo, cheese etc but I did that for lunch.

Do it again for dinner if you like it. There is no law against eating the same thing all day. Then go shopping tomorrow.

Go out and get some nice berries to go with the yoghurt. Sainsbury's has really good blackberries atm.

My don't know what to eat things would be

an omelette with whatever filling is in the fridge
boiled egg and toast soldiers
toast with marmite and peanut butter (yes, both, it's amazing)
chopped up raw veg with some kind of dip, just mayo if that's all there is
cereal
porridge
cheese on toast
freezer pickings (oven chips, whatever pasta sauce I might have frozen, fish fingers etc)
cold meat and salad
tin of soup

A massive fuck-off bowl of cereal + ice cold milk
