Dessert, sweet, pudding or afters? Which do you say and where are you from?

We've always said pudding, Lancashire born. Having this conversation with someone who says sweet. Haven't heard it called that in years!

Pudding - East Mids

Pudding here, south west county.

I’m a southerner and call it pudding.

Usually afters (at home) or dessert (when out) - North Staffordshire.

Pudding. Wiltshire born and bred but my mum is from Essex and my dad is Scottish. 🤷‍♀️

Saying “pudding” makes me cringe so hard and I don’t know why.

Edited to add: Americans think of 'pudding' as puddings. Otherwise, they call it dessert.
