The court case for the alleged kidnap plot has started and it sounds absolutely horrific. Whatever anyone feels about her as a 'sleb', this must have been incredibly frightening and you can really understood why she's hidden away for so long. It makes for some very grim reading.

It's abhorrent that she had to go through this - learning what he planned. Even worse that he was free at all after his previous behaviours. The details are sickening. I hope he is locked up for decades to be honest.

Just been reading about it. What a vile looking specimen the accused is. Doesn't bear thinking about what could have happened to poor Holly or any other woman unfortunate enough to cross his path. I'm no great fan of Holly, but the poor woman and her family must have been absolutely terrified.

I've just read it - what a disgusting person he is. Given his past record, I hope he's put away for good.

Rubbish. So what about the fact teachers, doctors, priests have all had people in their profession guilty of an offence do you disregard them. What about the fact a nurse was found guilty of being a serial killer.

He's an evil man who happened to be a security guard. You can't tar all security guards the same.

I think it is the fact that he was employed as a security guard when he already had a previous criminal record for attempted kidnap that the previous poster finds worrying. Obviously anyone can go on to commit a crime but the fact that you can get that job with an existing criminal conviction is crazy. Teachers, as you use in your example, would not be employed with this on their record as they require an enhanced DBS.

I had horrible nightmares after reading about that case... deeply disturbing. The level of hate from him! Sheer, dehumanising hatred for women. Chilling.

Also he had a relationship with his teenage son who he wanted to get involved in this plans?! There's no way in hell if I was his mum I would allow them to have a relationship with his criminal record.

Much more than a fantasist. He'd acted out these 'fantasies' on other women already. He would definitely have had a go if he'd managed to engineer an opportunity.

Yes and to a jury purely hearing about this case they may think he is a fantasist and harmless. How terrifying for the women in his previous convictions yet he was again allowed to work as a shop security officer?!

So many female celebrities seem to have to deal with disgusting attention. Some men too.

I also hope they can take action against the other people on the forum where they were all communicating about raping and killing an innocent person. Ideally closing the forum too, although no doubt 10 more would pop up in it place.

@Zinzinner in situations like this, it is absolutely ok to mention someone's physical characteristics. He reeks of someone who is too busy planning to torture and kill women to take care of his physical health or personal hygiene. Absolutely typical incel.
