I can't stop eating shit

Since 9.30 I have ate .

A tub of grapes , 5 nobbley Bobbleys, a pot noodle. And 2 milky ways . And a mint moose . 2 glasses of coke.

Same. Last month I spent the whole day eating crap (high sugar/fat/carb) - because I was exhausted.

We all have days like it, don't feel guilty and get something nutritious & filling in you when you can

Same. I've had a week of very broken sleep due to a poorly pooch and I e eaten absolute crap because I'm running on empty, energy wise. I feel like crap as a result but lack of sleep is brutal!

The trouble is it provides calories but minimal nutrition so your body is still searching for nourishment. That’s why you’re still hungry after eating stuff like that. I’d make some eggs on wholemeal toast or a bowl of soup or something, that should stop you wanting the junk. Remember your body deserves to be nourished properly! You wouldn’t put dirty old fuel in a car and expect it to run well.

Are you trying to find ways to stop eating that stuff, do you feel your eating is out of control and want advice, are you just lamenting and wanting people to post what they eat eaten to check you're not alone (you're definitely not!) or something else?

Nothing really I was just thinking wtf to myself so I posted it.

Ok so you've eaten about 2000-2200 calories and 200g of added sugar (not including the grapes). Daily allowance is 30g.

How do you feel about that? Are you planning eating more today? I was very obese until recently so I'm no stranger to sugar though even to me this does seems extreme.

Nah! If you're anything like me, you'll find somewhere nice to stop and eat while you're out 😂
