what you cannot resist but dont need

not something you need but for instance you are drawn to when out shopping. my problem is;
dog beds. my dogs have at least 3 beds each and dont use any of them but out shopping I am drawn to the soft fluffy furry little beds I cannot resist them!
Mugs; I have enough to start a cafe but I get drawn to them like a magnet, there is always one pattern or picture mug that I just dont have but really need to!

EVERYTHING that my neighbours are giving away for free. Mannequin heads. Need. Delivery pallets. Need. Curtains rods. Juicers. Glittery fabric. Dog toys (I have cats). I want them ALL.

Recipe books.

Especially if they have nice photos

Small glass cups for various types of different teas (as I already have the teapots).
And glass decanters for all types of liquids.
And cocktail glasses in different shapes.

So specific glassware basically.

Notebooks.
They are all stacked up with no notes in them.

PJ Bottoms. I do use them all though. Eventually!

I blame my mother. As a child I remember we always stopped to listen to a local character who ran a towel stall in the market. He did the "...I'm not asking twenty pounds, I'm not asking fifteen, feel the quality of that missus..." sales pitch. She didn't always buy but the entertainment was worth the time.

Now I prowl more expensive towel shops but still stop and feel the quality before I buy anything.

Plants. Garden plants, house plants. Don’t physically have space for any more but there’s always something that’s special, or tiny and cute.

It's become my middle aged thing. I want different themed Cruets for different occasions, holidays and seasons.

Then the ones I have (e.g Cactus salt and pepper for summer) aren't enough and need to up upgraded to a new theme for this summer....

I am going to leave DS with sod all cash an inheritance of bloody salt and pepper pots. 😳

I live in a flat with a balcony but have now got a whole allotment to put them in. Combined with an Instagram account for following plant people who post loads of enticing pictures, this is very dangerous. But I’m going to try and restrict myself to slug-resistant plants for a while at least, after some sad experiences.
