What food have you only discovered lately

I only just found out about Golden Kiwis, they are gorgeous.
I can’t stop eating them.

My mother told me about them, I had never even heard of them, I’m at the supermarket now and wondering what else am I missing out on??😁

Kale in the air fryer is really good with Nando's peri salt on. I had a habit for a while

Chamoy with grapes. A woman I work with is from Mexico, and she brings this for a snack. I wasn't sure at 1st, but now I'm hooked. It's salty, spicy sour & the grapes add sweet.

@Cadela I have made my own before but I’ve now discovered them frozen in Farmfoods for when I can’t be bothered

Crumpets with butter and marmite. Yum!

Dice, Soak it in a bit of soy, toss in cornflour then shallow fry until crispy, throw in a few stri fry veg, serve with Korean BBQ sauce or some kind of delicious sauce of your choice and rice

Tajin is a dry equivalent and delicious with fruit , makes a good Bloody Mary too

Vicky's sourdough which is made in Cornwall. I'm lucky that I live here as it's the most delicious bread ever. I bought an olive and thyme loaf yesterday and I might have eaten nearly all of it myself!

I've found my cottage cheese people!
I tried cottage cheese balls, a typical baked Hungarian dessert a few weeks ago when in Budapest. Oh, they are amazing.. I am still dreaming of them.
I will also only eat Longley Farm brand here, nothing else compares.

Cauliflower rice. I'm trying to cut down on carbs and was surprised to find it's really nice fried with toasted almonds and herbs.

Kate is beyond delicious - a little bit of olive oil and sea salt and airfried till crispy. Be careful not to burn - there is a small of window for it to be perfect

I think I'll try a small amount chopped up with the other greens. The trouble is the supermarket I go to only sells large bags and I'll never eat it all before it goes off.

Pickled chillis. Not hot at all. Also pickled walnuts. I refused to try them as they looked awful. They are delicious with cheese!

Tesco Brie with truffle (in place of Baron Bigod's truffle cheese which I can only get round here at Christmas)

Grated then dry fried halloumi - it goes all crispy and lovely. Makes a nice topping for salad.

Now this I am going to try!
