I wasn’t always like this, but atm I’m pretty negative and I’m just braced for the world to shit on me.

Not sure what to do about it. Gratitude hasn’t worked and the Dr won’t give me HRT 🫣

Laziness.

I’m really greedy, I love eating. I would love to be less obsessed with food.

I used not to listen to others. Too busy speaking my mind. I'm trying though.

I'm waaaay too anxious. I wish I could be more relaxed. I try so hard and envy people who are super easygoing!

I'm a procrastinator and a snacker when I procrastinate. I really hate it.

Too opionated and can be a bit gossipy and bitchy at work.

I don’t maintain friendships and can be cold with people.

Selfishness, misanthropy, impatience, grumpiness, laziness, unsociability. Probably a bit of arrogance, too, in that I tend to start with the basic assumption that most people are idiots. Very occasionally, they prove me wrong.

I'm very argumentative lol not in an aggressive way but I like to go into the details of what people mean when they say certain things and apparently I have an answer for everything according to anyone I have ever met.

I worry too much about situations in the future. Really mundane, inconsequential situations though like whether the hairdresser will be pissed off with me rearranging my appointment. These situations usually don't remotely play out in the ways I've been worrying about so it's a fucking giant waste of my time and energy.

Paradoxically I don't give a fuck or worry about "big", consequential situations happening. At all. I love a good ruckus at work, or a stand-up row in Asda car park if some bastard cuts me up.

I get very irritable but I wouldn't be if everyone would just fuck off and leave me alone 😁.

I find it very very difficult to be honest and upfront. I'm working on it and improving as I age but this trait has caused me so much anxiety in my life. I'm one of those 'I don't know how to tell my sister i don't like the present' kind of people. I tie myself in knots and always feel really two faced. It comes from a place of people pleasing, I know that. I also absolutely cannot cope with the idea of someone not liking me.

I appear confident and I think I am honest and offer my opinion when not asked at times, when I should maybe just nod and smile.
