Watching young Sheldon and we have an entire episode dedicated to little Bobbi Sparks and how she was bullying Sheldon…to never be mentioned again.

Oh what character was it in one of the soaps that went upstairs in one episode, then came downstairs as a different actress 10 years later?

One that ALWAYS pisses me off is Downton Abbey, we spent the whole of season 2 watching Mary’s storyline of “I have to marry Sir Richard Carlisle because he knows I killed a Turk with my vagina and will publish the story in one of his horrid newspapers if I leave him”….only for her to leave him at the Christmas special, him make it VERY clear that he will publish the story and she talks about moving to the US to escape the scandal.

Then season 3 starts and it’s literally never spoken about. Did he not publish the story then?! If not why not? And if he did why aren’t we seeing the ruin of this family? It was a total waste of season 2 to just forgot about it all

This happened a lot in Shameless. There were a few Maguire boys who disappeared when the family became central then strangely reappeared at Jamie and Karen's wedding before going again. And Norma, one of the best ones they ever had, vanished at the end of one series never to be mentioned again.

Doesn't Ross mention him - albeit once-as a reason not to go with Rachel and his second child Emma to Paris 🤔
No mention of Rachel leaving the continent to take his child away! WTF
Friends became utter rubbish in the later seasons.
Phoebe's twin was forever completely forgotten about half the time too (Good, because that was another load of tosh character 🤨)

Kids in Eastenders regularly disappear for months on end. Ollie and Annie upstairs in The Vic not seen for weeks and weeks while Linda gets pissed. Lauren’s kid, Stacey’s kids, Chelsea’s baby…where are they all? Childcare is never a problem in Walford.

Mandy in the West Wing just disappeared between season 1 &2. Could have bought that she'd just moved on except no time has passed between seasons.

I don’t watch it any more, but the girl who had the quads in Corrie - they never seemed to be around or mentioned by anyone. Not sure if that’s changed? You’d think if someone had quads, it’d be all anyone talked about.

Like the mum in home and away - pippa? She was blonde and petite and then they replaced her with a big brunette
