Tuna and sweetcorn
Ham with pickle (ham with mustard is terrific! Cheese and pickle or chutney ditto! But I don't like pickle with ham for some reason)
Very mild Cheddar you can hardly taste - waste of calories! Strong cheese or no cheese is my rule.

Coronation chicken and esp on rubbish bread. Got to agree with prawns as well. Just no!

I’m going to sound like a knob, but cheap reformed wet ham!
I do like expensive ham with salad and mayo in brown bread (delicious!) but it’s pricy so can’t afford to but it often. I’d rather go without than have the plasticky questionable cheap stuff!

Joining the knob club! Good ham or no ham, totally agree. See also: pre-packed chicken and turkey slices. I'd rather have a simple jam or Marmite or peanut butter sandwich than cheap tasteless meat.

I can't stand tomatoes in a bought sandwich because they don't taste of tomato. Fresh, proper tomatoey tomatoes in a sandwich with just butter and a sprinkling of salt are the food of the gods.

Yes! Black pepper too.

@Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g
I’m not snobbish with a lot of food (for example I’m not as fussy with sausages, I’m quite partial to a Richmond sausage even though I know it’s probably all eyeballs and bumholes; and I really like cheap white bread with just plastic cheese and ketchup sometimes!)

But I agree, I would much rather have just bread and butter (or marmite/peanut butter etc) than cheap sandwich meat. It’s just so bouncy and wet!
