Ignoring anything with tomato, as I don't like it, then anything with cheese would be a sandwich I would only buy if it was the last one left on the shelf.

I don't mind cheese on a pizza or on top of lasagne or something but a cheese sandwich? No thanks!

Prawn. I also dislike cheese savoury which is weird because I do like cheese, onion and mayonnaise but not mushed together like that. Gross

I’m vegetarian, but of common vegetarian sandwich fillings, I like cheddar and pickle least.

I find ham boring. I'll make ham sandwiches if travelling as it doesn't smell but the last one I would pick from a buffet or make at home.

Love prawns. But absolutely hate a prawn sandwich! Disgusting. Prawns do not belong between bread.

I LOVE prawn sandwiches, but wouldn't inflict the smell on the people sitting next to me on a plane or train! Ditto egg or tuna mayo.

Anything with raisins.
Any premade sandwich filler, they have a strange baby food texture.

I'm a scooby-doo style sandwich lover. Butter and sauce right to the edges, meats, cheeses, pickles, at least 4 different veggies. Stuff it all in.

Least favourite sambo filling would have to be a solitary slice of wafer thin (reconstituted) ham 🤢 ... Memories of my childhood... I try to get all my turkey and ham from the deli now

I love a sandwich. Best sandwich is my favourite debate topic. With genres- best hot/ cold/ picnic/ toasted all being hot topics. Worst sandwich I have never considered, but actually it is a very valid and debatable topic. I hate tinned salmon sandwiches- always sold (in my very working class neck o the woods) as fancy, but taste worse than the "paste" -god only knows what paste was- sandwiches my dad had as lunch back when he was going down the mine. Tuna is also bad, but at least doesn't have airs and graces alongside its yukiness.

I don’t eat meat or seafood so knock all them out.

In DH's family they have a beloved and disgusting ancestral sandwich recipe. White bread, butter, tinned corned beef, liver pate, coleslaw. Mustard if you're feeling posh.
I tried one once and it is not better than it sounds.

Best is turkey, Emmental, gherkin, and mustard.

Worst is prawn 😣

I love prawn and coronation chicken so I’m obviously a weirdo. Plain chicken mayo is tasteless and sliced egg grim. I think wet bread is the deal breaker for me. Just horrifying damp pap.

Fish paste out of a jar. Had to think hard for that one as think a quality sandwich is hard to beat
