As many ideas as possible please! I'm having a mental cooking block and can't think!

Chicken Kyiv, garlic bread and roasted veggies

Salmon side, sweet potato wedges and veg.

Charlie bighams paella with rocket and Greek salad

Chicken jalfrezi, veg pakora, rice and broccoli.

We had prawn pad Thai stir fry at lunchtime so it’s ‘get whatever you like’ this evening, I’m not cooking again!

Just the 2 of us tonight so it's freezer tapas tonight consisting of homemade curry pasties (hairy biker recipe) cheesy fries, tempura prawns and halloumi fries with some fresh sourdough on the side 😂 need freezer space as my monthly meat order will be here on Monday!

Roast wild salmon fillet (on offer!) with a sort of mediterranean puy lentil and green bean thing on the side, with rolls.

Pizza, loaded fries, wine & chocolate..it's been one of those days.

Just myself tonight so having lasagne and crusty bread

Chicken fajitas with all the trimmings

Fish & chips takeaway treat, not had that for aaaages 😋

Salmon Ramen

Chilli made with shin of beef. Started it hours ago, mind!

Sweet and sour chicken. The dcs favourite. I fancy dan dan noodles orca lasagne now though.

It helps me plan better, I can look in the freezer and work the weekly meal plan around what I have in. We also use Pesky for our fish (that has the benefit of sustainability too)
Costs around £150/month for meat and fish
Then it means weekly shop is only around £50 because it's just veg/accompaniments, breakfast and snacks 😀

We had mini wraps and lots of little bowls with veg, salad, avo, chicken, humus etc etc. children said it was disgusting so that was a winner 🤣
