As many ideas as possible please! I'm having a mental cooking block and can't think!

Lentil bolognese with lots of veg in the sauce, and DH will add some meatballs as I’m veggie and he’s not!

We are going through a poke bowl kind of phase. Burrito bowls yesterday, sushi rice with avocado and leftover chicken today.

Nandos chicken kebab and wedges with wraps and salad.
Just using the nandos packet rub so it's a bit of a fakeaway vibe.

Rib eye steak, mushrooms, potato/sweet potato mash, beans, broccoli and carrots.

Homemade asparagus soup and homemade Thai fishcakes and roasted peppers, courgettes, mushrooms and onions.

Chicken Wraps with chips side salad and pepper sauce.

I've made a steak and mushroom pie for dinner tomorrow which we will have with mash and cabbage.

Fresh haddock melt fishcake, mashed potato,peas.. but its dinner

Green Thai curry and rice. I’m going to chuck on a spoon of Patak’s lime pickle (other brands are unsatisfactory), mango chutney and possibly a spoon of tamarind too, just for shits and giggles.
