Chris and Eve vloggers quit?

I used to follow a YouTube couple, Chris and Eve, they seemed quite nice and had 2 cats they vlogged about a lot, and more recently had 2 kids. I think they had a reasonable following.

I wanted to find out what company cat-proofed their garden, but I can't find their YT channel or Insta any more? The accounts are both unavailable. Just wondered if anyone knew if they've decided to quit vlogging? Thinking about it, I hadn't seen any videos by them come up for ages. (And in the meantime if anyone can recommend good cat-proofing companies in Surrey or Berkshire area, I'd be grateful!)

This is a very basic web page with no links and full of spelling mistakes advertising ‘technology solutions’ in Las Vegas.

That indicates that they've stopped paying the "rent" on their domain name so it's been taken over by a random dodgy firm.

I have never heard of these people but now I need to know what happened to them !

I believe that they were North Korean agents. Their cover was blown so the NK Govt wiped everything, extracted them (to a camp) and ate the cats.

I was thinking along the same lines. Once you join the dots, it’s the only logical conclusion.

I've done a SM wipe like this in the past because of a Baby Reindeer situation.

I’ve been watching their videos since before they had children as I initially found their channel when searching for a cat product they promoted. They do come across as a lovely genuine couple. Looking at my YouTube notifications they last posted 4 weeks ago over Easter and nothing seemed untoward then. YouTube has been randomly deleting some of my subscriptions so I searched them on Sunday thinking I've not seen a video in a while and realised they'd gone from SM. It's quite worrying. I only hope there's no sudden health reasons or anything like that but I'm not sure why you'd wipe all your accounts for that? I could only surmise that perhaps they'd been hacked quite severely, as I've seen people lose entire accounts that way. Just genuinely hope they're okay.

And unless it's proven otherwise I'm sure the previous "Brighton News" comment here was clickbait!

No idea on the blog but my DSIL used Protectapet. She was very happy with them and they fit nationally.

Ah I loved them, was a long term viewer.
I also hope they’re both okay.
Chris’ LinkedIn page is still up, but everything they’ve done as Chris and Eve has been wiped.

Just found Eve's Facebook page so that's still there! Still a photo of their wedding day.

I've followed Chris and Eve for years too. I got my British Shorthair in 2017 and that's how I found them and I've followed them ever since. I had noticed they were posting on social media less and less but still uploading their YouTube videos. Finding it hard to believe they would just delete everything without even saying anything 😩 they've built their platform over years. Maybe that's what they've decided to do though?! Just hope they are OK! Anymore news?

Plenty of vloggers separate and lots even decide to step away from social media. However, I don't recall anyone else suddenly disappearing like this and removing every trace of their life and history from the internet.

I don't get that impression really. They seemed like a really devoted couple to each other and their 2 children. Their last video didn't seem like anything was wrong - was just a happy Easter video. I hope they've just decided to take a step back and just live their lives. Perhaps the stress of constantly finding content was too much for them. It does seem like an extreme way of doing it as they've been vlogging for so long, so I really hope it's nothing bad thats the reason. Whatever the situation, I wish them all well.

The turbo and jet page has gone too. Everything.

I have watched C&E from early days when they got Turbo & Jet , their great travel vlogs, wedding, having their girls. I watch them every Sunday or when the notification came up for their next video and I was sad when I saw everything was gone. I respect if they just found it to be too much or too evasive into their daily lives and family . of course you worry that maybe something has happened and our hopes that they are all well and just decided to step back. Yes it would’ve been nice to have a goodbye, something like “All is well but we’re taking a break so people aren’t speculating or worrying but it is what it is. So yes, if Chris & Eve ever see these post, I hope they realize we enjoyed watching their content and they’re happy family life. God bless them.

It is concerning isn't it. They seemed to be ticking along like usual, albeit fewer posts recently but put that down to being busy with 2 young girls. I know one of the cats was poorly with kidney problems and was thinking perhaps he passed away, but not sure that would warrant wiping all their channels.

When I snooped at Eve's Facebook I could see she had been active in March. Her profile photo is of their wedding day still. Chris still has a photo of their wedding day as his cover photo too.

I dont think this is them - the website mentions this company is Las Vegas based and the 'E' stands for someone called Eric.

Why would there be anything in the 'Brighton news?' They don't live in, or near to Brighton. Troll?

If it wasn't so weird and stalkery I would debate sending a little message just to say I hope they're OK 🙈
