Chris and Eve vloggers quit?

I used to follow a YouTube couple, Chris and Eve, they seemed quite nice and had 2 cats they vlogged about a lot, and more recently had 2 kids. I think they had a reasonable following.

I wanted to find out what company cat-proofed their garden, but I can't find their YT channel or Insta any more? The accounts are both unavailable. Just wondered if anyone knew if they've decided to quit vlogging? Thinking about it, I hadn't seen any videos by them come up for ages. (And in the meantime if anyone can recommend good cat-proofing companies in Surrey or Berkshire area, I'd be grateful!)

I don’t know who they are but presumably if anything bad had happened, their friends and family will know. The ‘concern’ here is just people being nosy.

I was totally being nosey and had a quick google. Companies house and right move was slightly interesting but no news articles I could find in the 2 mins I spent on the web.

Sounds intense, yes. As far as para-social relationships go, I was really largely invested in their 2 British Shorthair kitties, especially the one with health problems (kidneys) as I have a kitty myself with diabetes. I was hoping that he continued to do well. I just hope they are all okay.

Following this. I have been watching Chris and Eve’s weekly videos for over four years and I am super confused as to why they have suddenly disappeared. I tried to Google their disappearance and all I found was this thread. Even though I don’t know them personally/physically - I do feel invested in their lives and genuinely care that they’re okay. I just can’t think of any situation in which completely vanishing from everywhere online would be the best option (even if something bad had happened since they were very real and honest vloggers). They have many followers and had been documenting their lives for about a decade. I really hope they come back or that there’ll be some way to know if they’re at least okay or why they disappeared without warning or saying “goodbye” to all their followers.

I used Protectapet for my garden. Although not cheap, I looked at all other methods at the time (2021) and it was the best solution. I had to wait a few months as they were so busy but although not based in my area (south east), their fitters travel all over.
I rate them highly, it was up in half a day and my cat has never escaped. If you want more info, you can send me a message and happy to share photos of the end result. ☺️

this is odd. I too watched them for years mainly for cat reasons. Was the "Brighton News poster" being ghoulish and misleading for their own weird kicks?

Another old Chris and Eve supporter here! Haven't watched a vlog in a while so hadn't realised they disappeared until this thread. Strange to just stop and disappear for sure😕
