Rod Stewart is local to me. I've never seen him in the village but everyone that has always says how lovely he is and very down to earth .

Dermot O'Leary seems like a good egg.

I like what George said when asked if he was angling for an invitation to William and Kate's wedding. He was very self aware. It's sad he's gone.

I already didn't like her after her attitude while she was doing Strictly and my opinion was confirmed when many years later my husband was working in Women's football World Cup in France and said she looked at everyone like they were covered in shit.

She had an affair with a married man for years, eventually they got married. Not sure that is the sign of a good person.

I have bumped into Joe Sugg and Noel Fitzpatrick. DD2 is a fan of both and they were both very friendly and chatty, allowed us to take photos etc.

Went off Kate Winslett when she tried to block public access to a beach near her house, can’t remember the whole story, but the access was a fact long before she bought the house, ditto Madonna for something similar. you want privacy fair enough, then use your millions to buy somewhere that doesn’t have public access/ footpaths in place.

That would be the same Fiona Bruce who had to step down as ambassador for a DV charity after saying on Newsnight that Stanley Johnson had only broken his wife’s nose once.
