I’m curious to know what’s the most common term on MN(Not necessarily the UK.)

Personally I call it a roll.

It's a roll but once upon a time before I moved as a child and people laughed at my vernacular, it was a cob.

I'd say bap* for the item on its own but if I'm asking for it with sausage or bacon in a cafe I'd ask for a sausage or bacon barm 😆*

I'd call it a roll.

My DM would have called it a batch roll, as the rolls have been cooked close together so that they end up touching.

Morning roll or softie. I’m from Aberdeen where a roll is a very different but incredible thing (aka a rowie or buttery).

Midlands area. A roll or a cob. A cob is more crusty though.
