Around 8 months ago I started cutting my calories to loose weight
Crept up to nearly 12 stone
I'm 5ft 7 so it's not always obvious on me but I felt it
Anyway now I'm 9 stone 4 and still loosing
Tbh I'm happy with my weight now
I don't really want to loose more but I'm not sure if my diet is too little to maintain and il loose more.
Breakfast -2 egg omelette
Lunch -2 slices of bread (120 cals ) with a egg mayo or cheese savoury filler (170 cals )
Dinner -something around 600-700 cals
Snacks -1 biscuit (100 cals )

My only exercise is 10,000 steps a day
Before I put the weight on I was slim and always struggled to gain then I got a partner and put it on with lockdown (no steps ) etc

What do you think ?

You are definately not eating too little.

But it doesn't look very nutritious.

Yes she is. That averages out at 1200-1300 cals a day. That's weight loss not maintenance for an active 5'7 woman.

I just use fry lite in the pain the 1 cal spray
Not a massive fan of oil when I'm cooking eggs as the oil puts me off

@BlueMoonOnce yeah it did
Lots of eating out takeaways plus not moving as much as at the time had a work from home job
Crept on slowly
I have a small frame but long legs (if that makes sense

At the end of the day, if OP is losing weight then it either requires larger portions of what she currently eats, increasing the calorie content of what she eats, both or adding in more food in the form of additional things to her meals or more snacks.

The other option is to move less which I wouldn't recommend.

There is always the rare chance that there is an underlying medical reason for unexplained weight loss but I think at this point it can be explained by lack of calories.

Clearly if adding in more calories doesn't halt weight loss or increase weight then a visit to the GP might be in order.

Tbh I don't think it's due to anything medical as it only started once I dropped calories etc
I noticed November when I was abroad I didn't loose and put a couple of pounds on (all inclusive ) so I do think it's the calorie intake
