Slow cooker beef brisket with mashed potato and broccoli and carrots. Not a roast.

Beef belly! We haven't done it before. Slow roasted with roast spuds, gravy and stir-fried random veg from the fridge, which feels a bit of a let-down somehow.

We’ve got roast lamb, roast potatoes, carrots, chard gratin, sweetcorn and probably Yorkshire puddings but I’m low carbing at the moment so won’t have all of the above.

I have enough pork to feed about twelve people ( there’s only four of us) so it’ll take hours in the oven 🙄

Beef - slow cooking a joint over 6 hours so it falls apart. With roasties, veg, yorkshire puddings and loads of gravy.
Next Sunday (easter) will be lamb - my favourite 😋

Getting my mental health back together bit by bit. Today has just been cheese and onion sandwiches and crisps. Chicken noodle soup and crusty bread and butter for tea. Determined that I will be doing a nice lamb roast for Easter next weekend!

Sausage tray bake today, with carrots, parsnips, mushrooms, new potatoes, sage, thyme and garlic all roasted in the same tray, asparagus and Yorkshires on the side.

I am doing roast belly pork with roast potatoes, cabbage, carrots, green beans, parsnips, stuffing, apple sauce and gravy.

Just me and DH today, kids all out so having steak, chips, eggs, and peas. Followed by Eton mess. Tomorrow evening we're be having a roast as kids and partners will all be here. It will be beef and chickens, sausage meat stuffing, roast potatoes, new potatoes, yorkshire puddings, broccoli, swede, Brussels, cauliflower, green beans. And either chicken or beef gravy. Pudding will be fruit flan or chocolate gateau. What's left over will be DH sandwiches and bubble and squeak on Tuesday.
