No roast this weekend as we have a big one planned for Easter Weekend (which will be Lamb/beef and chicken, roast and baby potatoes, pigs in blankets, roasted cauliflower and carrots, green beans the full Monty)

Tonight we are having garlic chicken kievs with mash potatoes & a green veg medley. Lazy Sunday dinner

I've never cooked a roast dinner. Mushroom and spinach risotto tonight

Planning a roast next week so haven't done one for a few weeks now.

Want everyone to be really fancying it on Easter Sunday!!

Doing chorizo chicken, garlic green beans, broccoli and new potatoes (so I suppose a loose variation on a roast?)

Roast chicken, roast potatoes, roast carrots and parsnips. Spring cabbage, stuffing, Yorkshire puds, bread sauce and gravy.

Can't wait. I love a roast dinner.

Not had beef for at least a year, really to reduce meat intake.

We've got gammon in the oven but it will be served with bread and salad as we only do a full roast once every couple of months.
