Been out with a conference. Have to present at 9am so need to go to bed (kids will be awake at 6am so going to be tough!!!)

Yes, alarm set for 6.30. Exhausted but don't want to go in tomorrow that's why im still awake

I'm often awake in the night.

2 year old who still nurses like a newborn 😳

Poor sleep generally after domestic abuse, but tonight in full of cold and coughing. Went to bed at 9.30 so have had sleep but once I’ve had 5 hours I now often wake up even if still shattered

Insomnia as side effect from medication to prevent miscarriage (currently 13 weeks 🙏)

Insomnia. I usually spend at least 2-3 nights a week awake all night. I am fine all day the next day but crash straight after work. I'm catching up on lots of trash tv!

Insomnia....can't remember the last time I slept more than 2 hours straight

Stayed up playing computer games too long.

I've had a stressful day with a guy that's annoying me and worrying about expensive car repairs so I needed to unwind for a bit. Suddenly it's 3am.

I think I'll be able to sleep now, at least.

DD3 been vomiting for the last hour. Trying to mentally reorg the next 48hrs now as she'll be off nursery and DH won't be around.

Covid coughing and general feeling crap

I went to sleep at 10pm, woke up at 2.15am. Typical, but unwelcome. <sigh>
