Restless legs keeping me awake, could be a long few hours!

Chemo today so...

i have the genetic abnormality that leads to delayed human circadian rhythm. I fall asleep around 3 or 4, and wake up at 11am. Fortunately I can afford to respect my own body’s needs (flexibility with working times; no children.)

my Cats decided 2am was a great time to play fight, on my bed. Now I can’t get back to sleep

Managing pain from recent surgery. @HotChocWine have you tried magnesium butter?

Feeding baby who seems to have been up a million times already tonight 😂

Chemo for breast cancer is kicking my butt. I have nausea, a horrid migraine and my legs are on fire.

Sorting out ds feeding pump which kept alarming

Insomnia. Went to sleep at 11 woke at 2.

Period pain. Alarm goes off at 6 and I've got a busy day tomorrow

Insomnia, you think you get used to it but it drives me mad

Breastfeeding my 14 month old DD. Who thinks she is a newborn and has fed 2 hourly All. Night. Long. 😑

Knackered hip hurts like hell.

5 month old is having coughing fits every few minutes. She will only sleep upright on my chest, long night ahead 😭

Insomnia due to anxiety about today being
my last day at work due to being made redundant.

Bloody work. Just had a teams call from China as they saw I was online checking emails. Argh!!

Cat was sick and woke me up.

What happened to it

Sending hugs and sympathy to all who need it.
A painful neck (arthritis) and throbbing finger (dislocated and very bruised).
It’s not unusual for me to be awake in the middle of the night; at least being retired it doesn’t matter too much.

Me too. Horrid period pain woke me up. Also have to be up early. Why do they always start at the worst time?!

8 year old adhd and autistic child doesn't sleep! Needs supervision when awake so I am up!

Exh has decided our DD isn't allowed to come into his bed at night anymore so I'm trying to help her get used to it at mine too...sitting on her floor waiting for her to sleep for the 3rd time tonight...

Have you tried a weighted blanket? Helped me sleep a bit better when I had restless legs.

I’m hundreds of £££’s short for nursery fees and feel sick
