Restless legs keeping me awake, could be a long few hours!

Woke up at 2:00 a.m., cannot get back to sleep. Shooting pains up and down my leg don't help

Pregnancy insomnia, which is an exotic treat compared to my usual bog standard insomnia. Oh well, not long til it’s a newborn keeping me up 🤞🤞🤞

I get up ridiculously early to work before heading to work so I can fit it all into my day.

Hugs to all cancer posters. Wake every night between 3-4am thanks to insomnia in the family genes (love & miss you every day Dad), can drop off intermittently again until menopause hot flush wakes me up again.

I woke up with a banging headache, came downstairs for some paracetamol and realised I'd come on so had to sort myself out for that. Now I'm wide awake.

I’m worried about my elderly cat who had a seizure last night and I think is developing epilepsy. My son is taking her to the vet later today as I have to go to work. I will be getting up soon as I’m wide awake!

Just generally overwhelmed. Thought I could tidy up before everyone gets up but got on the Mumsnet rabbit hole instead.

Been up since 2:30 with 2yr old and kept awake mentally preparing for interview tomorrow

PTSD - nightmares wake me up each night. Adrenaline is running through my body and I can never get back to sleep.pretty much every night.

Went for a wee at 3am, when I went to grab a new toilet roll there was a big spider next to my face, I screamed and no more sleep for me! 😬

It's 5am. Been awake since 3.30. Husband is hogging the bed and baby is kicking the crap out of me (27 weeks pregnant).

Sinus infection that's getting worse ☹️ two lots of antibiotics and pain is horrendous.

Work stress. Was working til 1.30am and I'm already awake panicking about it this morning.

@ReignOfError me too! I find it so hard to find a comfortable sleeping position. I've just bought a giant pregnancy pillow thing which seems to help. What's wrong with your hip?

5.30 odd in a hotel room. It's my birthday.
I'm 9 today. Just cannot bloody sleep to the poster that's struggling big hugs better days are always coming.

I have literally had zero sleep. Bloody anxiety. Happens every now and then. Luckily I have a day off work.

It’s a leap year birthday bloom. Ds was born on feb 28th and narrowly missed being on the 29th.

I did drop off again at 5 before alarm went off at 6.15. Big hugs to everyone struggling through today
